Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions below before registering for the Business Recovery Conference.
Once registered, please check the system requirements which will be detailed shortly. It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure the system connection is tested at least 48 hours prior to the conference. You will only need to do this once unless you log on from a different laptop or device. If you are attending the live conference, please ensure you log in to the online system 15 Minutes prior to the start of the session.
All bookings and payments will be processed online and all costs are subject to VAT. Each booking entitles up to 10 delegates from your organisation access to the Business Recovery Conference. Should your organisation require more than 10 delegates to access the conference, an additional booking from your organisation is required.
Confirmation of bookings will be sent to the delegate(s) upon completion of the online registration form and payment on this site.

Each delegate will be requested to register for workshops from Monday, 31 August 2020. All workshop selections will need to be made up to 5 working days prior to the start of the conference. After this point, workshop selection preferences cannot be guaranteed.
On Monday, 7 September 2020 each delegate will be sent a final confirmation email containing their personal conference link. Please note that each delegate’s personal conference link is unique to that delegate and is based on that delegate’s workshop selections. Only the delegate can use their personal conference link and anyone else trying to use this will interrupt the delegate’s access to the conference.
The Business Recovery Conference will be supported with an App (further details will be announced on the website) for delegates to use for the duration of the conference. There will be a networking element to the app to which delegates will be able to message each other. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, delegates are agreeing to their information (name, title, company) to be included within the app attendance list and may receive messages from other attendees via the app.
Cancellations of the organisations booking (up to 10 delegates) must be confirmed in writing up to 21 days prior to the conference to receive a full refund. Any cancellation received between 21 and 14 days prior to the conference will be subject to 50% of the booking fee + VAT. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to the conference will be liable for the FULL booking fee + VAT. Please supply the confirmation Reference Number to AELP via email to email@example.com and include the name of the primary attendee for the organisations booking.
If the conference is cancelled AELP will endeavour to contact all delegates at the earliest opportunity to advise and all booking fees refunded. Please ensure you provide your mobile number as part of your booking journey.
Substitution of delegate place(s) is acceptable, and delegates will be able to modify their bookings up to 5 working days prior to the start of the conference. After this point, delegates will not be able to modify their bookings.
AELP reserves the right to change the agenda, content, speakers and workshops as necessary or cancel the conference.
By booking to attend this conference you agree to AELP using and storing your data i.e. your name, organisation and email address. This information will be used for conference preparation and within the conference app including, but not limited to attendance lists etc. AELP may also use your data to notify you of other events/conferences/webinars and/or AELP Member Meetings. We may also share your data with relevant event partners and sponsors in connection with the conference.
